Enable Gas Transmission, LLC ( EGT ) is soliciting binding bids from Shippers interested in
acquiring firm transportation utilizing EGT s Firm Transportation Service (Rate Schedule FT)
under the following criteria:
Start Date: April 1, 2026
Volume: Up to 60,000 Dth/d, depending on receipt point(s) and delivery point(s)
Potential Receipt Points: Below is a list of existing EGT receipt points, however, it is not an all-
inclusive list.

Potential Delivery Points: existing EGT delivery points in Richland Parish, Louisiana, to include
SESH FM-65 CORE DEL (Meter# 898401), GULF RUN DELHI CORE DEL (Meter# 291856), and EGT
Perryville Core delivery points.
Shippers are responsible for securing their own transportation arrangements upstream and
downstream of the designated receipt and delivery point(s), to include ensuring upstream and
downstream parties and/or interconnections can deliver and receive gas to and from EGT at
EGT s established line pressures, in accordance with EGT s Tariff.
Open Season Procedure
Interested parties should complete the attached Binding Open Season Request Form (Exhibit B)
and return it to EGT prior to 12:00 noon Central Time on Wednesday, March 18, 2026.
EGT reserves the right to reject and remove from consideration non-conforming bids, bids that
have a delayed in-service requirement, or bids with other contingencies. If the non-conforming
provisions of the bid are otherwise acceptable to EGT, EGT may, in its sole discretion, deem a
non-conforming bid as acceptable . EGT will exercise discretion in this regard in a not unduly
discriminatory manner.
After the close of this Open Season, EGT, at its sole discretion, shall determine whether to
proceed with the awarding of capacity, and, if so, in what manner. EGT has no obligation to
negotiate with or enter into any transaction with any party that submits a bid to EGT that does
not meet the minimum rate and term criteria, as stated below. EGT may, in its sole discretion,
extend the duration of the Open Season at any time during the Open Season.
Credit Requirements
Prior to entering into Firm Transportation Service Agreements, successful bidders will be
required to demonstrate creditworthiness or provide adequate credit assurance.
Awarding of Capacity
In evaluating requests for firm transportation service, EGT will utilize a net present value (NPV)
analysis and may proceed with negotiations with parties having the highest NPV request for
service. For purposes of its NPV evaluation, EGT may consider the aggregate NPVs of two or
more requests for service. In the event of equal NPV calculations on requests for service or a
combination of requests for service, capacity will be awarded on a pro rata basis to achieve the
highest overall NPV as determined by EGT on a not unduly discriminatory basis.
Rate and Term
Minimum demand rate to be charged will be the EGT Tariff rate. In addition to the demand
rate, Shippers will also be subject to all other applicable tariff charges to include commodity
charges based on usage (currently $0.0087 per Dth), Annual Charge Adjustment (ACA), Fuel Use
(tracked; currently 1.94%) and LUFG (tracked; currently 0.75%) and any additional surcharges
that are in effect pursuant to EGT s Tariff, as on file and in effect from time to time.
Minimum term: 3 years
