CRITICAL NOTICE - SAME DAY - UNDERAGE ALERT - PHOENIX AREA

June 20, 2026

Due to high line pack in the Phoenix Area, Transwestern is  declaring a Same Day Underage Alert for the Phoenix Area for gas day, June 20, 2026. Any Operator of a  delivery point in the Phoenix Area at which actual quantities are less than scheduled quantities on this Alert Day shall be subject to Alert Day charges in accordance with Section 22.4 of the General Terms and Conditions of Transwestern's FERC Gas Tariff.

Based upon current operating conditions, Transwestern anticipates that this high line pack condition willcontinue at least for the entire gas day. Transwestern will provide additional information concerning this Alert Day condition as necessary.
