To: All Transwestern Pipeline Customers.

Subject:  Mainline Thoreau West System Capacity.

Reason: Transwestern will be performing its Semi-Annual Turbine Maintenance at Station 3 (Leupp, AZ). This will impact the Mainline Thoreau West System Capacity.

Gas Day October 27th, 2026

Mainline Thoreau West System capacity will be reduced from 1,240,000 MMBtu/d to approximately 1,100,000 MMBtu/d.

Gas Day October 30th, 2026

Mainline Thoreau West System capacity will increase from 1,100,000 MMBtu/d to the original capacity of 1,240,000 MMBtu/d.
